Preparation and Usage

Directions: For inhalation or external use on unbroken skin only. As an inhalant: to clear painful sinuses and relieve nasal congestion. Adults and children aged 5 and over: Add 2 or 3 drops to a tissue or add to hot water and inhale the vapours. As a rub: to relieve muscular pain. Apply lightly to the painful area 3 times daily. Safety Warnings

Not recommended for children under 5 years old. If accidentally swallowed, seek immediate medical advice. KEEP OUT OF THE SIGHT AND REACH OF CHILDREN.

Storage

Do not store above 25°C. Store in the original container with the cap tightly closed.
